  • Live adhan streaming from your masjid, in real time.

  • HD display with a curated collection of Islamic backgrounds.

Only users whose local masjid has onboarded to the Smart Masjid platform can use Smart Masjid Home.

If your masjid hasn't joined yet, you can register your masjid here to get started.

Smart Masjid is currently launching in the United States.

If there is sufficient interest from other regions, Smart Masjid is open to expanding to additional countries, including Canada, Europe, South America, and Australia.

Troubleshooting

  • Confirm your Wi-Fi is working on other devices in your home.
  • Make sure the device is within range of your router.
  • If you've changed your Wi-Fi password or switched to a new internet connection, update the Wi-Fi credentials on the device from its settings.
  • Restart the device by pressing the power button, or by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
  • If it still won't come online, factory reset the device from its settings and set it up again using the Smart Masjid mobile app.

The adhan plays only when your masjid triggers it. Because masjids are run by volunteers, there may occasionally be a delay before the adhan is called.

If the masjid did call it but your device didn't play, check:

  • Your device is online.
  • The volume is turned up in your device settings.
  • You are subscribed to the correct masjid in the Smart Masjid mobile app.

This is usually caused by a weak Wi-Fi signal. Move the device closer to your router, reduce network congestion, and restart the device if the issue persists.

Prayer times are synced directly from your subscribed masjid. If they look incorrect, please reach out to your masjid — they may be in the process of updating their schedule.

Check the timezone in your device settings and make sure it matches your current location.

If you've recently moved to a different state or region, you'll also need to unsubscribe from your previous masjid and subscribe to a local one from your new area so that prayer times and the adhan match where you are.

The 6-digit setup code does not expire. Double-check that you've entered it correctly in the Smart Masjid mobile app. If it still isn't accepted, please contact support@smartmasjid.app.

In the Smart Masjid mobile app, go to your device settings and unsubscribe from your current masjid first, then subscribe to the new one.

Please check if you're entering the correct 6-digit setup code displayed on your Smart Masjid Home device. If you're still seeing an error, please contact support@smartmasjid.app.

Long-press the power button to bring up the shutdown or restart options, then choose restart. If the screen is still unresponsive, unplug the device for 30 seconds and plug it back in.

Long-press the power button on the device to bring up the shutdown and restart options, then choose restart. A single press of the power button puts the device to sleep instead. You can also unplug the power cable, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in.

You can factory reset Smart Masjid Home from the settings on the device. A factory reset will remove the device from your account and clear its local configuration.

Check that the power cable is firmly connected on both ends and try a different power outlet. If the device still doesn't power on, contact support@smartmasjid.app.

Your masjid may not be onboarded to Smart Masjid yet. Reach out to your masjid's admin and share the register your masjid page so they can sign up.
